Fme takes pride in its ability to design and construct tanks that adhere to the European Directive 2014/68/EU PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), which sets guidelines for the design and construction of pressure equipment within the European Community.
Our tanks are available with rounded or conical bottoms, meticulously designed in accordance with EN 13445 standards or through advanced Finite Element software Simulation Solid Works/FEMAP. To ensure the highest quality and safety standards, we work closely with the Italian Institute of Welding in Genoa (IIS), benefiting from their technical support.
With a team of highly skilled professionals, we possess 110 welder licenses for both manual and automatic welding techniques. Additionally, we have 40 WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record) qualified procedures, covering both manual and automatic methods. Furthermore, we have four qualified individuals proficient in visual checks and penetrating liquids, ensuring thorough inspections.
